Support for orthographic camera is inconsistent. This is partly because there are cases, such as stars or clouds, that don't make sense in orthographic cameras in the first place, and partly because there are still some fundamental issues that haven't been resolved (related: #15 (comment), #19). It might also be due to the fact that I haven't found a good use case for it yet.
