Please add test dependencies to Suggests in DESCRIPTION

Hello,

tests/testthat/test-prodlim.R loads packages like testthat, riskRegression, etm, survey or pseudo, which are not used elsewhere in the package. Please add them Suggests in DESCRIPTION (https://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/R-exts.html#Package-Dependencies).

This is useful for downstream projects like Debian, which run the regression tests of CRAN packages in an automated way.
