Seek, play, and pause syncing #2
Description
Each action should indicate whether the video is playing or paused, and the timestamp to start it at.
It should also indicate the origin user of the command, which can be shown to everyone. And a client-side timestamp that can be used to sync the action across all clients. The timestamp will be added to the difference between client and server on the server, and each client's timestamp will be subtracted from that server time before it's sent to each of them.
I need to go find a pre-established way to get a time difference between server and client.
