3 feature requests, 4 bugs

Feature Requests:

1. The extra waveforms (pulse, saw, triangle, and sine) are pretty boring to use for me, I'd like to use my own custom wave shapes.
2. Support for 16-bit WAV samples
3. Support for clock speeds

Bugs:

1. The noise channel preset pitches are an octave higher than they should. (Maybe it's the behavior of the Game Gears' soundchip compared to Master System?)
2. Clicking on a pattern box increases to the next pattern slot. This happens whether if edit mode is enabled or not. It makes me mess up a song! This shall only happen if edit mode is enabled.
3. "MULTI WAVE" button opens a window to save the WAV files of the individual channels to wherever. However if I click "OK", it does nothing.
4. Passing last row of current pattern using arrow keys returns to the first row of the pattern. Make it move to the first row of the next pattern!

(Edit 9/16/2017) It turns out that bug 2 was a false bug.
