felayout_t3kit is not installed

if you are using theme_t3kit not from typo3 ter, you won't get felayout_t3kit.
felayout_t3kit doesn't have composer.json and i don't know how it can be added with composer to "theme_t3kit/Resources/Public"

confirmed. In the non composer branch I had to cd into the theme_ directories and run
"git submodule init" , "git submodule update" and then clear the DynCSS cache.

@MattiasNilsson I think that should be the job of initWithComposer.sh and this pull requests t3kit/t3kit_vagrant#4 fixed that and reduce user's manual work.
