"Configuration" -> "CoAP"

I think that the term "Configuration" is not too helpful for naming the frames. Yes, configuring the peer over CoAP is *some* thing CoAP-over-SLIP can do (esp. when working with legacy IP that needs IP addresses set up before you can talk), but I think it's just one of many points.

The document would read more easily if Configuration Frames were just called CoAP frames.
