/time command returns docker time (UTC)

/time command returns the docker time which is UTC.
I've tried to add the TZ to the environment in the docker compose file but it doesn't seem to work.
Seems like tzdata is not built into the docker?

Just add:
- /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro
to your volumes in your docker-compose file
