When hot module renders the changes it shows the following warning with latest webpack.

WARNING in Conflict: Multiple assets emit different content to the same filename index.f612673c059cbe9d86c9.js.map

The fix would be as shown in webpack/webpack#9732 (comment)

'[file].map[query]' for SourceMapDevToolPlugin
