agent_response missing

I made the mistake not checking if the agent_response.cs that is provided in csproj, is actually in the commit. @MarkMilfordMe could you please make sure to provide a PR with that file?

Looks like I lost this in the fork as well, will rewrite / commit an empty class to at least get building working again for now.
