Add control of the SAES pumps #22

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Vacuum is one of the most important features of our lab, yet we barely have any monitoring. The SAES pumps do have a UDP protocol, which should allow us to get access.
Describe the solution you'd like
Get connected to the pumps and then read out currents, alarms etc.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Reading an input into a webcam :)
