Support XML format Synctv::Client::Resource communication

Currently, we only support JSON format when we talk to the backend SyncTV backend. We should allow Synctv::Client::Resource.format = :xml to work as well.

I think XML is too old school. More options is more complexity.

Point taken, but looking at it from a completeness point and to use the gem for QA purposes of the backend API.
