digikey programmed incorrectly

I just got my first article of 10 attiny10s programmed by digikey that will be an additional 500 units.  I have been successfully using hex files generated by atmel studio, but my first article does not seem to be functioning at all???  I'm wondering if this could possibly be due to a difference in how they are programming the chip.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Please and thank you!
