Command to list routes

It can be useful to easily be able to list all routes in an application

1. Command route:list exist
   1. Lists all existing routes in the current application

we had a bunch of these kinds of generic console utilities at my last job, including a bunch of entity-related commands. made it easy to just list out & edit records without having to drill into the db
