Create Discussions sections and fields

Before templates can be created for the Discussions section, we need to know how the Discussions section(s) will be structured. The current structure uses two sections:

Forum

• Topic (Text Input)
• Category (Select Box Link)
• Created By (Member Link)
• Date (Creation Date)
• Last Post (Member Link)
• Last Active (Date)
• Pinned (Checkbox)
• Closed (Checkbox)

Comments

• Comment (Textarea)
• Parent ID (Select Box Link) -> Forum: Topic
• Date (Date)
• Created By (Member Link)

We'll need to decide how best to structure sections that can be pulled into a single stream.
