Support PRs from forks (other remotes) #43
Description
This tool only works when the branch is in the origin repo. It doesn't support adding remotes for PRs opened on forks.
To support this, we'd need to send the remote up to the server and propagate a command to add that remote, then check out from that remote with the same branch name as local.
