[Cropperjs] Indirect deprecations with `intervention/image`

While working on #3347 I noticed few deprecations related to intervention/image
That can be checked on CI

This dependency may need to be upgraded to v3

Since the ImageManager now requires an instance of DriverInterface (or a FQCN pointing to an instance of DriverInterface), I'm not sure what the best solution is.
Should we provide an integration with https://image.intervention.io/v3/getting-started/frameworks#symfony? Should we re-implement a driver factory system to let users chose what driver they want to use? :s
