[Live Components][Form][File uploading] There are no files sent

Description:
I've attached 1 min video below, but I'll describe it:
When I use Live form I can't send a file (and it's not important if I use symfony binary web server or docker) but I do everything what described in the docs about Live Form File Uploading.
