[Toolkit] Improve `API Reference` section for default value

In the API Reference section, the default value is displayed in the description. For example, on the page https://ux.symfony.com/toolkit/kits/shadcn/components/accordion:
Whether the item is open by default, default to false.

I think it would be useful to create a separate column for the default value, like this: https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/radix/alert#api-reference

Hi, this is what I had in mind when starting to work on UX Toolkit page & @prop annotations, but I wasn't sure about how to implement it

Maybe, for a given description like Whether the item is disabled. Default to 'false', we can:

• match for Default to (.+)$
• remove Default to ... from the description

So we can have:

Prop	Type	Default	Description
open	boolean	false	Whether the item is disabled.

Alternatively, something like named arguments, but I'm not sure if that's feasible.

Something like this, for example:

{# @prop open type: boolean, default: false, description: 'Whether the item is disabled.' #}

It seems super redundant to me, let's not forget that @prop (and @block), must be the most human readable as possible.
The actual syntaxe also matches (as closely as possible) the PHPdoc syntax (except I swapped the name and type, but it's more readable I think 🙈)
