[Toolkit] Add Tree of Content (ToC)

After https://github.com/symfony/ux.symfony.com/issues/11, add a Tree of Content, on the right. Something like:
- Button
  - Installation
  - Usage
  - Examples
      - Default
      - Outline
      - Secondary
      - ...
