Es spielen zwei Teams gegeneinander mit dem Ziel, einen Ball (Jugg) möglichst oft im Tor (Mal) der Gegenseite zu platzieren. Außer dem Läufer besitzt jede/r Spielende eine Polsterwaffe (Pompfe) mit der andere Spielende abgetippt werden können.
