Add a Touch/Drag boolean, to avoid adding unnecessary keyframes

Perhaps a Checkbox effect, so that the user can indicate a drag motion without having to add potentially extraneous keyframes to keep the touch down indication.

Perhaps repurpose the existing Touch Checkbox effect for this, since it will not be needed once we merge the Opacity code (see #2)?
