Toolbar dropshadow pre-Lollipop

I see a shadow under the toolbar on Lollipop but there is no shadow under the toolbar on pre-Lollipop. Do you know how to fix that?

in AppBarLayout set elevation to 0. app:elevation="0dp"

i have forked the repo, im going to work on a fix for the transparency status bar and will check on that too.
