Unable to build the source using vagrant.

The website seems to be down again so I came here,
when I get to the step of running the webserver FreeCAD throws an error saying

**DXF libraries not found. Downloading...**

and takes me back to the terminal without downloading anything when I run the command again it does the same thing.

I have run the command with both sudo and without
