Add convergence metrics to output MCMC chains & diagnostic plots

While we have many tests for exploring likelihood slices & convergence issues, it should be simple to compute & include a few convergence metrics in the diagnostic plots such as the autocorrelation time, Gelman-Rubin diagnostic, ec.
