Persist campaign ID and the associate to a given markdown file (YAML FM? Separate place?) and use the campaigns/content endpoint to allow for previewing.

This will probably require doing some kind of update instead of just creating a new campaign everytime (a good thing IMO)

This sounds awesome. I was just thinking how I'd love to be able to preview an email before sending it with capuchin, and, well, here I am. :)
