maybe Replace with a content repository? that can generate static documentation then include it in the main repo (hassle).

I would suggest adding the vagrant plugin dependency for vagrant-hostmanager to the wiki installation

@baz1414 the plugin is now installed via setup.sh which is in the installation documentation 👍 thanks for highlighting.

Removed vagrant. Cuttlefish must run on the built in webserver as a setup simplification
