How do I find media?

I know in the description it says "Skyperious stores shared files and media in a subfolder next to the database, browsable by themselves, available as in-program links, and embedded in HTML exports."

But I have no idea where to find this and how.

If you have a Skype database created by Skyperious from a Skype export archive or online sync, the media folder is put in the same directory as the database, named like "yourdatabase.db files".
