Using ODEsobol: function with three state variables

I have a function which calculates three state variables. It runs very well with deSolve package, but when i try to run it with the ODEsobol, it always return some error, such as:
Error in ST_by_state[[i]] <- `*vtmp*` : 
  attempt to select more than one element in integerOneIndex
Can you help me with this issue?
