I am running into two problems - the first is that I am trying to pass extra arguments - 1 for the function and 1 for ode (maxsteps) and neither seems to be passing. This is primarily a concern but I could be doing it wrong. I just started R recently.

Second - I begin the call to ODEMorris (using an approach that doesn't require passing of additional arguments) and it will sometimes stop at the first iteration of generated parameters, sometimes it continues to the second or even beyond, it always seems to stop however. I cannot figure out what is causing this. Is it simply the parameter approximations I am using are too widely distributed or is the parameter set being generated somehow in error? Please do make contact if you have any thoughts on this one.

the weird thing is that if it fails on the first iteration inputting 'X[1,] give an error - wrong number of dimensions. but if it runs beyond the first iteration such that I > 1L I can evaluate X[I,] up to the last iteration it failed on.
