What Deep Learning AMI version works?

I tried https://docs.supervise.ly/customization/agents/ami with Deep Learning AMI version 42 and 30.

Version 42 can't pull any plugins' docker images
Version 30 is giving me `SyntaxError: future feature annotations is not defined` for Mask R-CNN (Keras + TF) plugin

I think it would be helpful to explicitly mention a know-working version number in the docs.
