Very slow reactive collection updates

Just adding Observatory without anything else slows down updates of collections dramatically. (Even not added the template) So all my test cases that add, insert or remove failed.

I use very basic auto published collection.

I tried it with setting, but this didn't help:

            maxSeverity: "INFO",
