FastDCM can't run remotely

I was able to successfully (?) compile FastGCM, but when running on a remote system (where my big graphics cards are) I get the error

This is apparently a known issue with connecting remotely. I don't know if your program produces graphics, but here's a similar issue on another platform that swallows that error and lets you run remotely:
