Acceptance criteria:
Goal: We want to simplify the user onboarding UX by moving essential interactions out of the bot communications with integrated UI into the chat platform
add a buy/sell button to community rooms
the buy/sell button probably needs to be placed into the header if the user has access rights because that's where the message send button will be at
open a buy modal similar to the DEX swap UI for SH DEX (https://aepp.dex.superhero.com/)
another option would be however instead of using the modal approach to make the swap interaction inline or use the sidebar, similar to how the room info is displayed
