web: update the feedback screen

Acceptance criteria:

• The feedback screen should point to the repository "superhero-chat-web" (see )
• The comment section should be commented out
• A new section, with the same structure of the "comment" should be added with the following:
  • Title: Comment
  • Text: "Ready to make a difference? Drop a message to share your feedback, thoughts, or suggestions."
  • Button at the right side, inside the section: "Send feedback". When the user clicks the "Superhero feedback" room should open.
• "Cancel" and "Send feedback" buttons should be hidden
• Setup a new public room called "Superhero feedback"
