Please tell us about yourself (include an email address):
My name is Osama Albarrak. I am building an Arabic-first Islamic research and translation platform focused on reliable retrieval, review workflows, and controlled internal verification of hadith content.
Email: osabbr@gmail.com
Your purpose in using this API:
We plan to use this API in an internal-review workflow for our Islamic research platform. The API will help us retrieve hadith data in a controlled way, compare it with our local governance and review system, and support internal-only verification before any broader use.
API rate limits:
Maximum requests per second: 1–2 requests per second
Maximum requests per day: 5,000 requests per day
Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
Programmatic API access is preferred at this stage because we need controlled live retrieval and verification inside our application. An offline dump could also be helpful later for internal review and caching workflows.
What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
Arabic and English initially. We may later need additional languages such as Urdu, Turkish, Indonesian, French, and Spanish.
What programming language will your API client be in?
TypeScript / JavaScript
