Idea: add some sort of "crime data"

A user wrote to request that we add crime data as it's a valuable data point to learn about the area.

It's difficult to get standard crime data since it's normally done by the local or state police and has all sorts of different standards/methodologies, but maybe there's something from the Bureau of Justice Statistics:
