Even after "Calibration" my joystick X axis goes -100 to 97

The greatest x value I can achieve is
x 97 y 0
and the lowest is
x -100 y 0

Any way I can figure out why the calibration is not functioning as intended?

Edit:
I have the same issue with y
Y is ranged only between -100 and 97 just like X
