[GoodWill] [UI/UX] Transfer and Buy buttons at account level #91
Description
When buying or transferring GoodWill we need to enable the population of forms with the right account address. It makes sense to have the buy and transfer buttons at the account level next to each account ... they should only be at the top like it is now if there is only one account. If there is no account then they need to be disabled.
