Bug: [read] and [apply_patch] tool lines show no description in iteration log

Description

In the iteration detail view, [read] and [apply_patch] tool call lines display with no description or arguments — just the bare tag. Meanwhile [bash] and [glob] correctly show their command/pattern.

Expected

• [read] should show the file path being read (e.g. [read] /path/to/file.py)
• [apply_patch] should show the target file or a summary
