Could the two addins to be combined somehow and it would create addin
for captions instead of comments, and you would need password for
editing captions.

or more simpler, but would need to be written from scratch, scan files
like the gallery program does, and it would simply have edit box for
every image and save button, and it would save the captions to the
standard place at titles.csv
