Select: Fix focus and hover issues on `SelectItem`

• After selecting an item, only the remaining unselected options should be focusable by keyboard navigation.
• Switch focus to the latest SelectItem when the user is using both keyboard and mouse/touchpad to navigate
• Add a role prop
