inconsistencies in population size showing in the latest tutorial

The factor 2 will cause the inconsistencies when plotting effective population size. And this has been disscussed here stschiff/msmc2#17 (comment). You should also update the Ne plot in the latest tutorial. Thank you very much.

OK, I haven't touched the tutorial for a long time, but you're right, I should revisit it and update all the necessary plots. It's not super high on my todo list, but it's noted.
