feat: Font compilation support for Linux #3021

Currently, Stride Asset Compiler does not support FileFont compilation on Linux
Describe the solution you'd like
Currently FileFontProvider relies on DirectWrite - windows only dependency, contributor willing to help needs to replace that with any popular glyph/font rendering library.
