we could not find the following files in the repository
#include "caffe/numeric/Matrix.h"
#include "caffe/numeric/Vector.h"
In your comments, you have mentioned that it is an efficient implementation of the layer compared to the original implementation.
Does it mean that the layer is efficient in terms of runtime performance or .. ?
