Error while trying to build the project

When I run cmake to configure the build the process fails, because it cannot find the CSPICE_LIBRARY.

It seems to me that it would be easier either to create a cmake that does not require the library by default or downloads it if needed. Especially, because SPICE is also a name of a different library: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=spice-client-gtk
