Drop jq as a dependancy

It shouldn't be too difficult to parse error messages through RegEx, and since this is all that jq is used for it may be worth trying to drop it. Shell script dependencies aren't fun on a lot of operating systems.

Progress towards this is now taking place in the no-jq branch. Currently jq is used in a few places, completed items have been converted to sed:

• upload_file() to retrieve the deletehash and link.
• create_album() to retrieve the album ID.
• Error handling in both upload_file() & create_album().
