Expand the code to consider alignment of nth-degree neighbors #3
Description
The code can currently align nodes to nodes, or nodes' neighbors to nodes' neighbors. We could potentially expand this to 2nd, 3rd,...,nth degree neighbors (though the issue of neighbors in which 'direction' will become tricky [at best]).
