Add description of rooms when listed

In the RoomListView, aka, the view that opens when you want to join a room, listing all rooms that can be joined, it would be nice if their individual description would also be join to them.
So as opposite to a list like:

• fedora
• music
• apple
• programming

For it to be:

• fedora - the os for everyone
• music - the music channel
• apple - the apple channel come here if
• programming - here we talk about programming
