feat: Add screen sharing functionality

Add screen sharing functionality to the desktop app.

Description

The desktop app must allow for screen sharing functionality. The end result will be an interface that allows a user to select a window or screen and share it to an audience in a voice call. This may require leveraging Electron APIs to facilitate this functionality.

DOD

• A button available to the user to share their screen
• A window or panel pop-up that allows a user to select which window or screen they will share

Considerations

• All UI/UX must go through @stoatchat/ui-ux
• Data streams must be low bandwidth and low latency
