Problem install hats pack

Hi, when I try to install the pack, I get this error message. I don't understand why it's not installing the packages anymore.

Please install the latest HATS pack manually, https://www.sthetix.info/hats/releases, delete the existing atmosphere folder and extract the pack. I did not encounter any issues on my end.
